A drawing I did for an art assignment. The gray lines you see in her hair were actually lines made by a silver gel pen, but that didn't come out too well when scanned. I stuffed the kimono, I know, but... yeah...
Please comment!!! I want to improve!!!! I'm only 12 years old, ya know?

Oh, and it says "advanced critique encouraged."

I don't know if you yourself want that or not, but here goes....

Next time, when you scan it, make it brighter, and draw the lines darker.

For a smoother finish, i try to take twice as much time on coloring than drawing on purpose, but you might already do that ^^

The wings could improve (please don't take offense!!), draw a fine line of a boomerang shape for each one, than add long feathers coming out of it, then a few fuzzy ones at the base. (to get the idea of what I'm saying, see my pic of an angel [link] its really rough and just a sketch tho ^^; )

Wow, this is long..... but anyway, yeah the face is real good (looks like ceres style almost!!) and its really pretty.

P.S. you're 12?? i'm 13!! :highfive:

Thx!!! Yeah, I know that the wings aren't too great... I wasn't gonna have them at the back, they were going to "encase" the angel/curve around the front, but then you wouldn't be able to see the details on the body. (And it wouldn't fit!!!) I'm kinda pleased with the result, though.

P.S: I AM A HUGE, I MEAN HUGE FAN OF YUU WATASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^_^
